RealCommissions is happy to announce that Bailey Nichol has recently joined our growing account management team. As an Account Coordinator, Bailey will be responsible for working with our clients to successfully open and close their real estate commission advance transactions. She will work with clients, real estate brokerages, and closing companies to efficiently gather the required information and documentation to process transactions in a timely manner.

Bailey attended Morehead State University on a volleyball scholarship and graduated with a degree in marketing. Prior to joining RealCommissions, Bailey was a professional volleyball player in Europe, a residential real estate buyer’s agent, and most recently was the transaction coordinator for a leading RE/MAX team in Florida.
RealCommissions’ goal is to help residential real estate agents even out their cash flow throughout the year, giving them the funding they need to sell more houses by paying them their commission before the closing date on a pending contract.
