Bailey Nichol

Bailey is responsible for working with our clients to successfully open and close their real estate commission advance transactions. She works with clients, real estate brokerages, and closing companies to efficiently gather the required information and documentation to process transactions in a timely manner.

Bailey attended Morehead State University on a volleyball scholarship and graduated with a degree in marketing. Prior to joining RealCommissions, Bailey was a professional volleyball player in Europe, a residential real estate buyer’s agent, and most recently was the transaction coordinator for a leading RE/MAX team in Florida.
