Meet The Real Commissions Executive Team
David J. Siegelman, Principal
As one of the co-founders of Real Commissions, David was instrumental in the development of the company and building it to the leading position it holds in the industry today. Prior to Real Commissions, David was president of a high-tech company that he built from start-up to $50-million-a-year in sales across North America.
A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in business administration, David's successful 25 years of business experience has focused on sales and marketing, business development, contract negotiations, and cash flow management. His family has been in the residential real estate business for over 25 years. David is based at the company headquarters in Atlanta.
Holly Michaud, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Holly leads the underwriting and deal processing departments for Real Commissions. Prior to Real Commissions, Holly led Commission Express' day-to-day operations in Florida. She has 15 years of business management experience in real estate working in underwriting, order processing, management, and leadership rolls for leading real estate and insurance companies.
Holly attended Valdosta State University. She is a Florida native, and resides with her family in South Florida.
David Austin Wiramihardja, Client Services Manager
As Client Services Manager, David Austin is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. He supervises the closings of transactions, assuring a smooth and successful experience for all involved. Originally from South Carolina, David Austin is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in architecture. Prior to joining Real Commissions, David Austin managed the back office operations for the number one Keller Williams Realty group in the Carolinas. David Austin is based at the company headquarters in Atlanta.
Andrew Mintz, Marketing & Business Development
Andrew manages our Marketing and Business Development efforts including our digital marketing initiatives, expanding strategic alliances, lead generation programs and brand strategy. Andrew is a graduate of Tulane University, and has an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University. Andrew brings 20 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy and communications, including 8 years in the real estate sector. His prior experiences include senior marketing roles with EarthLink, Cox Enterprises, RentPath and NewPoint Media.
