Meet The Real Commissions Executive Team
David J. Siegelman, Principal
David leads Real Commissions’ administrative and financial organizations. Prior to Real Commissions, David was president of a high-tech company that he built from start-up to $50-million-a-year in sales across North America.
A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in business administration, David's successful 25 years of business experience has focused on sales and marketing, business development, contract negotiations, and cash flow management. His family has been in the residential real estate business for over 25 years.
Jeffrey A. Grade, Principal
Jeffrey is the head of Real Commissions’ sales and marketing organizations. Prior to Real Commissions, Jeffrey successfully developed a computer equipment and supplies business from start-up to its eventual successful sale to a multibillion dollar firm.
Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in business management. He has extensive experience in business management, sales and marketing, and real estate development.
Holly Spillert, Managing Director of Florida Operations
Holly is the general manager for Real Commissions' operations in Florida. Prior to Real Commissions, Holly led Commission Express’ day-to-day operations in Florida. She has 15 years of business management experience in the Florida real estate market working in underwriting, order processing, management, and leadership rolls for leading real estate and insurance companies.
Holly attended Valdosta State University. She is a Florida native, and resides with her family in South Florida.
